My love for Eleni’s Cookies dates back to my early city days and now whenever I venture in to New York City, I always make a pit stop at Chelsea Market for a few of these delicious yummies. Known for her fun, unique and colorful sugar cookie designs, Eleni’s Cookies offer a variety of shapes and styles,  more than your heart could possibly desire.  Her creations have stirred up quite a following–from celebrities, to luxury brands, Fortune 500 companies and cookie lovers alike! 

Following a career in media working for Time Inc. and Life Magazine, Eleni Gianopulos (mom to two kids) followed her true passion and launched Eleni’s Cookies out of her kitchen in 1996.  Her fascination and love of dessert started with her mother’s oatmeal-raisin cookie recipe–and as her desire for creating cookie recipes evolved so did the birth of her company.  Eleni’s Cookies became an overnight success.  In 1997 she opened the doors in Chelsea Market and the store has remained a prominent fixture ever since.  

Since Eleni’s early cookie days, the collection has expanded significantly and they now offer custom cookies, color me cookies (a perfect birthday gift), cupcakes and corporate gifts.

All of the cookies are made from hand and are made in a peanut free and tree nut free facility.

Eleni’s Cookies are available for purchase at the Chelsea Market, online or at several retailers across the US and Canada including Whole Foods and Crate & Barrel.
